IBM IntelliStation POWER 265

Released in 2002 the 265 had some specifications way ahead of its time and was the first in the IntelliStation lineup to feature POWER CPUs (in this case POWER3-II). Its processors had 4MB of *ECC* L2 cache and it could support up to 8 GB of RAM; Intel-based machines had trouble reaching that in 2006. Traditionally POWER has always had large amounts of CPU cache which is one reason why they're so expensive, only recently has Intel started to catch up with aging memory and CPU cache limitations.
Due to the age of the POWER processor, it doesn't even support AIX 6.1.

This would be a good choice if you need to run AIX 4.3.3 for some reason.
POWER Linux
Didn't find any information documented on this, will investigate maybe at some point later. I don't own one of these systems so it's a low priority. Due to the rather low AIX support, the POWER Linux distros are likely to be very old too.
